📜 MolAudioNet License

MolAudioNet audio datasets are free of charge for academic researchers, educators, and non-profit organizations. Use is granted for:

• Scientific research and publication
• Educational use in classrooms and teaching
• Non-commercial AI/ML model training and evaluation
• Open-source research projects
• Thesis and dissertation work

Attribution Requirement: Users must acknowledge MolAudioNet in publications and cite appropriate dataset references. Suggested citation:

"Molecular audio data obtained from MolAudioNet (https://molaudionet.com), a project of Sound of Molecules."

Commercial users, including biotech, pharmaceutical, AI/tech companies, and for-profit organizations, must obtain a commercial license for MolAudioNet datasets. This license grants:

• Access to larger curated audio datasets and continuous update streams
• Rights for internal R&D, product development, and commercial AI training
• Enhanced audio quality and additional molecular properties
• API access with higher rate limits
• Priority technical support and consultation
• Collaboration opportunities with our research team

Licensing tiers available: Startup, Enterprise, and Custom partnership agreements.

Data Usage:

• Users may not redistribute MolAudioNet datasets without permission
• Derived works must clearly acknowledge the original data source
• Audio files may not be used to train competitive molecular audio platforms

Quality & Warranty:

• We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee error-free data
